YANGON, Myanmar — Aung San Suu Kyi said she and other lawmakers in
her opposition party will attend Myanmar’s parliament on Wednesday for
the first time and will take the oath of office though they still
fiercely dispute its wording.

conclude its long-term financial plan for the Dawei deep-sea
